- Consultant Grade 1: BE/B-Tech, ME/M-Tech, MBA(Finance), MA(Economics), or LLBILLM with OS-05 years of relevant professional experience.
- Consultant Grade 2: LLB having at least 8 years of professional experience in related discipline from a reputable Institute/ University.
- Senior Consultant: Having a postgraduate degree in any field, at least 15 years of relevant work experience in government organizations at or above the Under Secretary level, and at least six years of the cadet experience
